Staff was so polite and friendly. Even though we arrived late, they greeted us with a smile and a swift service. Room was clean and warm and breakfast was delicious. The room was also quiet, the beds were comfortable and they offer a change of pillows if you prefer a pillow with feathers. We also took advantage of the shuttle bus from and to the Airport.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Stansted Airport, this Days Inn is close to the M11. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception.

Wonderful quaint hotel in a small town. The locals all gathered in the pub giving it a homey vibe, but the rooms were far away from the busy pub and very quiet. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on in a long time, definitely a standout! Breakfast was standard English breakfast but you can pick and choose which parts end up on your plate.

In picturesque Thaxted, Swan Hotel is just 8 miles from London Stansted Airport. The historic coaching inn features a charming restaurant, real ale bar and elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi.

The staff were excellent. I can explicitly mention Millie, Ruby and Rebecca by name but all the other team members were marvellous too and all did their best to make us welcome.
