Everything! The location and hospitality were fantastic. There's a cute dog and a cute cat that loves petting. Owners are hospitable and very helpful with car rentals and provided tips on what-to-do around town. Walking distance to local market and town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. Close enough to see the turtles coming up the harbour during late morning. Katia introduced us to take the ferry to Lixouri which we would not have found out online. Free parking right across the street. You definitely need a car to get the best of Kefalonia. The room and shower are very good. They upgraded our room too. This is the best place we've stayed throughout our 2-week trip all over Greece.

It was exactly what we needed : a hotel with all the basic comforts, good breakfast and swimming pool in a large garden with nothing pretentious or fanciful. Having a five year old daughter, we particularly liked the children's pool as well as the presence of a lifeguard. We will definitely come back if in Lixouri!

Breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful, with a variety of local and international options to enjoy on the terrace. It truly set the tone for relaxing days ahead. What made our trip extra special was the quiet, romantic ambiance of the hotel—it was the perfect place to unwind together after exploring the beauty of Kefalonia. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Princess Hotel to any couples seeking a peaceful, romantic getaway in one of Greece’s most stunning islands.

The villas are spacious, well appointed and immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pool area is stunning. We really got the sense that the owners (and architects!) of the hotel have worked to create accommodation that allows you to feel at home while you visit Kefalonia. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was amazing and had a perfect selection for everyone’s tastes. FYI - There’s no dedicated parking at the hotel but plenty of parking on the street directly outside.

A simple but comfortable accommodation with a generous welcome package. The hosts were friendly and caring giving the place a warm atmosphere. The position is very close to the village centre with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries.

Surrounded by green mountains, the seafront Sami Beach Hotel offers a swimming pool, a hot tub and poolside bar. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for free.

Had a lovely stay at Sami Beach Hotel. The owners and staff really make you feel welcome and at home. Especially the bar staff makes sure you’re well taken care off. The location is at a walking distance from town and the cave. The rooms are very clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

Set in Argostoli, Siora Maria provides 3-star accommodation with private balconies. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

Well-equipped, clear and cosy apartment near to the largest town on the island. Angeliki is a great host. She was very helpful and responsive. We were completely satisfied with all the services of Siora Maria. We would definitely come back to this wonderful place!
