The room had a great sea view, was clean and modern. There was an exceptional service by Nisan, George and the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. We really enjoyed it!

Everything was amazing! The location of the hotel was perfect (Bali is a beautiful village and not so far from other amazing beaches and things to visit). The food was delicious and abundant - however I missed the olives:). The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The beaches of Bali were great and each of them was unique in its own way. The view of the room was breathtaking. And the price was very good too!

From the moment we arrived the staff made us so welcome, they offered us a number of rooms so we could choose, made us food after a long journey and were so kind and friendly. The pool was beautiful, we saw the chickens, the environment was safe and welcoming. Travelling alone with a small child for the first time was daunting but they completely put us at ease.

The hotel is located on one of Heraclion's most picturesque and breathtaking hill area. Our room had a balcony with amazing view of the aegean sea, there was also a very well equiped gym, a super clean and quiet swimming pool and a very elegant restaurant to dine. All staff were super friendly and always attentive on whatever we needed. The room and the facilities were renovated with elegance and peace. We are definitely coming back!
