The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the sea. It felt a lot more private than some of the places we went past closer to the sea, definitely worth adding on 5 minutes to your beach commute! The pool is also set back slightly from the road down a cute path, adding to the privacy.

Loved everything! From the friendly, personal welcome to the beautiful breakfast by the pool, staying at the Boathouse did not disappoint. Diane and her team make sure all guests are looked after. It’s a great location right by the beach and has a lovely pool. It has a really friendly atmosphere, amongst both the staff and other guests. Can’t wait to go back!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was just perfect. You have everything you need on walking distance. The people working there are very helpful and kind. They try their best to make your stay comfortable. The beds are amazing, perfect for napping, and in general, it's a good hotel if you are planning to stay in santorini and you have a budget. I would happily visit them again and choose them for a future stay on the island. And i would also happily recommend this hotel to people. The pool area is very relaxing, too, even for just sitting on the sunbeds. Thank you for everything ☀️.

We got a lot of value for money. It’s a short walk to the street and city of Kamari and bus stops to get around the island. Excellent staff who makes you feel welcomed. They offer a personlized touch and it’s family owned. A real treasure with peace and quiet. The staff helps you with everything you need and is local, so we got the best advices that made our honeymoon a perfect week what the island have to offer. The hotel manager needs a special shoutout for personalized service, she keeps in touch with you and makes sure everything is perfect.

Our flight was in delay so we came to the hotel at night, the manger of the atalos welcomed us well, and explained everythinig about santorini and the beautiful places. We got big room with porch, bath room and tuilet was separate. We loved the swiming pool. The hotel has winning location with parking we realy enjoyed

The hotel was in a perfect location only a 6 minute walk to the sea front where there were lots of restaurants and bars. If you went a bit back from the front there were also lots of restaurants we didn’t have time to visit them all. Breakfast was lovely 😋 it was the same every day but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t over indulge. The lady at breakfast was very pleasant always said good morning. I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely 😁 Our room was lovely we had room 204 which over looked the pool, the shower was really good to which is always a bonus. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels every day to and we were also provided with towels for the pool which could be changed as and when you wanted. The pool area was really nice to lovely and clean and the bar was open from 11am until 6pm you could also have lunch there the menu was really nice to. The sunbeds were all big double ones and very comfortable. The pool was lovely but a bit cold but once you were in it was fine there were also big bean bags that you could lie on in the pool never seen them before but great 😁 Anna on reception was amazing 🤩 what a lovely lady, she greeted us every morning with a smile and a good morning and always asked how we were which was so nice, she also sorted out taxis for us and meal reservations and got us the best table as one meal was my birthday 🎂 Nothing was to much trouble for her 😁 she gave us a couple of maps one of the island and one for the resort she told us the best place to go and best restaurant to eat to and none of it let us down. Thankyou Anna you were just brilliant 🤩 Hope to see you next year 😁 Also Veronica was on reception in the afternoon/ evening and was also such a pleasant young lady. She also helped us if we needed it. So overall we had a wonderful stay at 28 Hotel 😁😁

Fantastic location with the bus stop at the end of the road, mini market just around the corner and the beach, bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The manager, Takis is very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

    If I could rate the hospitality of these people more than 10, I would absolutely do it! They were amazing. I was traveling solo, and they made me feel at home. They had the best tips for everything on the island—truly everything! Additionally, the property is exceptionally clean, and the location is fantastic. You can use the pool between 8 AM and 10 PM, I was always out during this period and didn’t get a chance to use it, but the pool seemed nice. This was one of the best 3-star hotels I have ever stayed in.
