I loved the design and comfort of the rooms, especially the beds. It was brilliant to see ceiling fans in use. The breakfast was beautiful, with everything I could possibly want. I chose to sit inside, but there’s also a lovely outdoor area. The whole building has been thoughtfully designed — functional, yet very pleasing to look at. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, which made the stay even better. The location is ideal. For an early morning coffee (before breakfast), there’s a fabulous bakery café just nearby. It’s also close to the port and the KTEL local buses, whether you’re traveling around the island or arriving directly from the airport. You’re central to everything, so don’t hesitate! The rooms are set around a peaceful internal courtyard where you can relax. The common areas — the lounge near reception and the upstairs courtyard — are brilliant spots to unwind.

Super friendly staff, they were very helpful for giving recommendations! The room was clean and spacious, and we loved our little balcony with a table and chairs to have a drink in the evening. The pool was big and really great! A free towel was provided and the bartender at the pool bar very friendly!

The staff here were so lovely and accommodating. We were able to check in to our room early and they gave us so many awesome recommendations. They helped us book a boat rental and gave us awesome restaurant recommendations. My husband had a very dirty cat jump on his lap when we were out and they gave us supplies to get the stains out. We also left my husband's ring behind and they were able to very quickly get it back to us before our ferry left !!! They organized with a taxi who must have flew to us as we had 1 minute to spare before the ferry was going to close the gates. We are so grateful for their help . The room was so clean and beautiful and we had a great view of the pool and sea. There is a beach about a minute walk from the hotel which is a huge plus and it isn't far from the main strip. We loved our stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat !

    The staff was wonderful towards us, the Sandom is very nice with all the equipment you need. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality and the location is amazing, 5min by feet to city center and beach. 10/10 would recommend
