We were a couple staying at this hotel. The hosts were wonderful and smiling, attentive, helpful and advising. The place is very clean and tidy, the hotel is in a good location, a few minutes' walk from the center of Rethymno. Highly recommend this hotel. Before we left, the hotel manager brought us a gift of bottles of olive oil that he made from the olive tree in his house and it was a moving gesture. We never received a personal gift at the hotel. We will definitely go back there again

The location couldn't be better; the hotel is in the heart of the old town steps away from restaurants, shops and places of interest. Eleni is such an exceptional human being. The fact that she's the one that checks you in and prepares breakfast as well is all you need to make you feel at home. I'm not gonna add pictures to this post because the ones online are better than mine, but I took dozens! This is a historical building and it's decorated so elegantly!

Perfect location right by my favourite stretch of the beach. Amazing view from all windows/balconies. Spacious apartment and spotlessly clean. The hosts are so nice and helpful if you need them. Irina brought me a complimentary 6 pack of water which I really appreciate! All windows/balconies have sliding mosquito nets so for anyone with a phobia like me you can be sure there are no bugs whatsoever and you can also have unobstructed view if you want. I was there by myself and I felt really safe and enjoyed my stay so much I can't wait to be back!
