Our stay at Apartment Aria was exceptional in every way. The host showed outstanding kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness — from the first contact to our departure. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and impressively well-equipped; it had more useful items than most people have in their own homes. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and the private parking in front of the building made everything even easier. We were especially delighted by the extra amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi — a true luxury we didn’t expect but thoroughly enjoyed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home. On our next visit to Kutina, we’ll definitely stay here again — this kind of accommodation, and these kinds of hosts, deserve nothing less than our warmest recommendation.

Everything was amazing! I found this place during a very exhausting journey and chose it on the go. I was a bit anxious on the way, but all my worries disappeared upon arrival. Latkov, the owner, welcomed us warmly and was incredibly attentive—even though we checked in very late at night. He was truly hospitable, despite us not speaking the same language. The view was breathtaking. And finding Turkish coffee in the cupboard in the morning felt like discovering a hidden treasure. We absolutely loved it and were very impressed.

Absolutely lovely place! Breakfast fine, home made. Excellent caffee. Elderberry sirup by home made-lovely surprise! Super both of owners-they waited us in the late night. Thank you so much again boys. Perfect is possibility to have a pets here in the room.
