    I love everything about the hotel, right from the moment I step in the hotel lobby, from the door men, the reception, the restaurant and practically all the hotel Staff that I bump into are friendly, polite and respectful. Despite being a 3 star hotel this hotel, has exceed my expectation, with the superb location, breakfast spread and most importantly the Staff of the hotel has provide my husband and I stellar service and we are impressed. Keep up the good job and we will certainly be back soon

    for the price point, I was expecting to get a budget hotel but no! it was a really decent and good hotel with excellent breakfast! this is definitely where I’ll stay should I return to Batam again!
