Very clean comfy room Friendly staff Close to everything in the city Someone from the hotel, took the trouble to call me after I'd booked to let me know that the area could be a bit noisy on a Friday night, she was concerned because we were travelling with a young baby, we didn't mind and didn't experience any noise, but it was extremely good of her to check, excellent customer service.

Brendan at reception very friendly welcome .... even wanted to get our bags carried up to our room (they dont have any lifts) I loved the book snug on 1st floor landing and the beds were soooo comfy!

It had everything we needed: a fridge, a washing machine, each bedroom and an unsuite. It was located around the corner from a supermarket and there is a nice pub nearby - The Railway House. We called the owner because we didn't know how to lock the front door (lift up the handle) and he was lovely and friendly. Would recommend.

Very impressive facilities available and was nice to get up and have tea/coffee and breakfast. Massive bonus was the Northern Lights were visible the 2nd night and we got to see them!!

The room was clean and neat, breakfast was also very good, but the best thing in this accomodation was Mr and Mrs Glynn. They were so nice and kind. We will never forget them.

Delighted we chose this Hotel, on arrival we were welcomed by a very nice guy at reception named Shane who always asked how our days went, in fact all reception and the rest of the staff were lovely and always had time to talk to you, the room was well laid out and had plenty of storage space with tea and coffee and a fresh bottle of water every day, there is a hair dryer and if you need an iron you just ask at reception, the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows, the bathroom had an amazing shower with no shortage of hot water and toiletries were provided, both rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food was delicious and a great breakfast served to order which set you up for the day, even though it’s a small boutique Hotel it has a lift which was handy and never any waiting for it, and once you walk outside you are in the centre of Kilkenny, lots of shops pups and restaurants within walking distance, and a very short walk to the Castle (a must see) . An extra bonus is they have their own car park to the back of the hotel which is safe and secure, entering and leaving is operated by a security barrier, all in all we had a fabulous time here and will definitely 💯 be back, Thank you Zuni
