We felt exceptionally welcomed at this hotel, which started with a gracious complimentary breakfast upon our arrival. The warm and friendly staff were always ready to assist us. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and modernly decorated. The reliable WiFi and handy desk facilitated any work we needed to accomplish. - the reservations team were responsive over WhatsApp and helped our driver get to them - The boat staff were attentive, welcoming and friendly - The views from the room were fantastic - Mingling with other Indian families as it was school holidays (we were the only foreigners in the boat) - meals were nice (lunch and dinner in particular)
