The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially Gisli and Al. Gisli took time to help us plan our holiday and made recommendations to avoid the high cost of bars and restaurants. Al provided us with a kettle and a nightly supply of teabags. We had a room at the back of the hotel and do it was quiet. The room was clean. good bathroom. Excellent location.

Self check-in made me nervous in the beginning but eventually everything was explained in the emails received. I felt safe in the hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable, clean and with a hair-dryer. The aesthetic was very nice as well. Shampoo/Shower-gel and hand soap was provided. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, there were many choices for both savory and sweet meals, as well as beverages.

The hotel is centrally located with everything within walking distance. The room was modern and luxurious. Also, it was on the top floor which gave us access to a huge shared balcony with views of the city. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a free parking lot underground and some parking spaces outside, something that not every hotel in the center offers. The breakfast was abundant and tasty, and a bonus was the waffle station.

    Staff were very accommodating to me arriving super early. The room was clean and modern with a fantastic shower. Even though the location is a bit outside the city centre, it's still walkable, and the city's Hopp scooters are well worth using to get back and forth on a budget.

    The location and staff were great. Overall a great budget hotel. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. It has to be said the staff was fantastic and accommodated me surprising my partner with some champagne when we came into the room.
