For me everything was perfect l was impressed by the staff and the quality of the hotel. The selling point for me was the access to Rome by train and local shops and restaurants, and not to far from the sea by car.

Was good for our 1 night stay on edge of Rome after touring in all busy areas. Good price. Staff were exceptionally kind & helpful with information & directions & nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean with a nice light breakfast included in the price.

very friendly staff, who provided an excellent check-in experience, advising about sightseeing possibilities around the area. I got a superb room with a great bathroom (shower + jacuzzi whirlpool) and beautiful view. Very spacious and very nice. The whole hotel is a historic villa, very pretty.

We were very pleased to have a balcony looking to the ocean. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was terrific. The beach has unbelievably cool stones.
