It felt like an oasis of calm. We did receive an upgrade on our room which was an extra bonus. The whole experience was very positive and very relaxing. Beautiful gardens all around and everything had been renovated/built sympathetically. The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast was great. There was an independent restaurant at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the two evening meals we had there.

The hotel's location is simply amazing, being a 10 minutes walk away from the train station, from Ortigia and 20 minutes away from the archeological park. The staff is really kind. The room was simple but comfortable. The air conditioner was incredibly potent!

Perfect location. Parking nearby. Nice room with balcony and sea views. Very good breakfast. Very helpful personnel - I had problem with my car and they contacted the service nearby and problem was solved.
