My husband & I spent a week here & had a wonderful time. Bedroom was clean & roomy & had a sauna. Balcony looked out onto the lake. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice & gluten free options every morning. Staff were very friendly. Couldn't fault it.

If you're looking for a great place by Lake Garda – this is the one. Located just a few meters from the lake, the hotel offers a spacious underground free parking garage, a bar that's open all day for reasonable prices, and a generous breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view. The pool area is fantastic, featuring comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful view over Lake Garda. The hotel owners go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and well taken care of. This hotel is fabulous. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We had such a warm welcome from a lovely waiter, who greeted us like family. He was utterly charming. The room was lovely, we had one which opened onto a sunny terrace overlooking the pool. It was quirky, warm and very comfortable. We had a meal in the evening in the wonderful and cosy restaurant, where the food was delicious and again the staff were very attentive. Our waitress, whose name began with an E, was superb, excellent service, such a lovely lady. The breakfast was substantial and filling, served in lovely surroundings. On check out we met Nala, their beautiful Labrador, who was just gorgeous. All in all, do not hesitate to book this hotel. The staff are wonderful and obviously enjoy their work. We will certainly be returning for another visit and recommending it to friends. Thank you Hotel Maximilian for a perfect visit.

I am a hotel manager myself so I know what to look for in a hotel and I am glad I chose this one. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and all around very helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice and clean. The interior is well designed and the air conditioning was very useful. Overall we had a great time here :) Would definitely choose to stay here again. Also Nala the dog at the reception was super sweet!

It was heavenly to have such a nice place to stay. The room was good with air condition. We were nearby the pool and could easily jump in to cool off. The location is nearby a small bar which served gelato. We could also easily walk to a few restaurants near the lake. They had loaner bikes so we could bike to the other cities. The breakfast was good too.

Everything! The style, the class, the location ALL AMAZING! The thoughtfulness is very noticeable, and the design of this resort is truly not to be missed The pool is decadent with the hot spas close by Our host is attentive and very helpful. Only 3 minutes walk from the lake which made exploring fun and we stayed here and took a day trip to Venice which upon returning we were glad we came back to this special place. The room is decadent! Really special! And we were checking out very early so our host ensured we had a packed breakfast ready for us! We are so grateful!

We had a marvellous stay. The rooms are very nicely decorated with given details to every aspect, good sound proofing, comfortable beds with extra pillows to change to your liking. The place is exceptionally clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of items. The staff are super friendly. I would definitely recommend it and I will visit again for sure.
