The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the hills and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and things to do. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Clean room, friendly staff, family atmosphere. We used this hotel for our trip base around Umbria, Toscana and Marche. It was the best choice we have ever made on Booking.com. We greatly recommend this hotel to all who travel to Umbria and want to discover this part of Italy. Just below Assisi it makes this hotel an excelent choice for all who want to see the origins of St.Francis. Also, when we decided to take a one day trip to Rome by train, hotel staff prepared us the food for the trip. We have never felt more at home as we did in this hotel. Definately will come back!

The Location was perfect for us. The view from the balcony was marvelous. The place very we’ll keep and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. Choice between savory and sweet. Perfect amount. But most of all I have to mention the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Assisi is a wonderful city but the stay at this hotel made everything unforgettable!

    The location of the hotel is perfect, 6 minutes away from the airport of Perugia. It is also close to the Bastia Umbra rail station. For anyone who would like to visit Assisi, etc. we recommend this hotel. The breakfast and pizza were good. We didn't get to have lunch/dinner at the hotel.
