Really friendly welcome and stay. Concierge/manager was very helpful. Shower was like a fire hose! (i.e. good!).

All the staff were very helpful, In particular I would like to mention the night receptionist who, despite not being fluent in English, did everything possible to make my arrival as uncomplicated and very welcoming. With regret I do not know her name.

Staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to accomodate the guests. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great. Hotel has few reserved spaces for parking the car. Highly recommended.

Nice room, really great service. I had coffee for breakfast, some toast, and ham and cheese, it was nice. The room was great, the front desk staff are fantastic, I felt at home immediately. The location is great, between two very nice streets laden with shops, restaurants, stores, but very quiet in between, really a perfect location.

Hotel Minerva offers many sports and leisure activities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and football pitch.
