I enjoyed my stay, largely thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Every request I made was handled promptly and professionally, with genuine warmth. I was particularly impressed by Nikola at the front desk, who went above and beyond by helping me arrange my flight booking and airport transfer efficiently.

The Service was great. Except one grumpy old man at the reception, worked mostly in the morning(No Hello, no Good bye, barely eye contact) Otherwise the Bartender, the younger man (mostly in the evening/night) at the reception and the both women (I guess one was trainee) at the reception were phenomenal. The room was clean. The ladies and young men from the housekeeping were nice as well. Nice Drinks, good food, good bed.

The staff was incredible, always willing to help 😊. The location of the hotel is perfect, Poetto area is great and is very easy to reach the city center, either by bus or car. The accommodation corresponded to the description, big room and overall facilities.

Location was fabulous - everything was outside your door. Old town, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Fabulous location. The premises have a lift if you have luggage. Breakfast was amazing with a large selection
