We stayed in Room 411, which was very spacious and impeccably clean. The view of the countryside and the Basilica of St. Rita was absolutely breathtaking. My partner and I were driving from middle to North Italy and stopped here overnight. It's just off the motorway, which is really convenient, it's 24 hour check in (we checked in at 11.30pm), the rooms are really clean, good shower pressure, comfortable (firm) beds.

Hotel La Macchia is surrounded by nature and features a garden with swimming pool, all just 3 km from the centre of Spoleto. Parking and Wi-Fi are free.

The most amazing hotel. Surrounded by an oak forest and olive trees, the most beautiful pool has lots of sun and shade. It is so peaceful with just the sounds of bird songs. The wonderful staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did so much to make our stay so pleasant. Our room was perfectly clean and very modern. Great shower, big comfortable bed. Everything immaculate. We also had a fantastic dinner in the busy restaurant surrounded by locals all coming for the excellent food.

The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.
