It was a lovely hotel, in a wonderfully central location. The staff were very helpful, and the food was of a very high standard. The wine was lovely and arrived very quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a great size.

We have been served by extremely kind and helpful lady. She deserves a raise. Very prompt and professional, by far the best hospitality service we ever encountered. The breakfast has all you need and we appreciated being allowed to serve it directly on our balcony. The quality of the coffee was great!! The view was even better than the photos. Amazing sunset view and wonderful pink sunrise too. Really comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away from a bistro bar with lake view(Capolinea) and also from the funicular to Como, which was operating until midnight. We had great parking too, considering the narrow streets of the village.
