Nice quiet location, easy to find from the highway. Five minute walk to bars, cash machine, and the beach. A little out of Cesenatico, but they have bikes if you don’t want to drive. Private parking. And the staff are amazing. Sofia and Federico made us feel so welcome, let me practice my Italian (I let them practice there English 🤣), gave information about local area where to find things needed, and always on hand to help. Only had breakfast one day which was for the Nove Colli, the choices available were excellent, cakes, pastries, meat and cheese, dairy, fruit, coffee, juices. The room was plenty big enough, clean, good selection of kitchen utensils, moka pot (very important). Spacious balcony which over looks the street but as mentioned before the street is quiet (this was in May). Bathroom was really clean and the shower was great.

Hotel Fattori is well-located, close to the centre of Gatteo a Mare and the beach. It is a family-run hotel, run by its friendly owners and their pet, Anita, who can be seen wandering around the lobby. The breakfast was complete and varied, in keeping with the hotel's overall quality. The rooms were good and comfortable, and, in our case, the bathroom had been recently renovated.

Very clean, spacious room, delicious breakfast and coffee. The location was very convenient, a communicative place with many shops and restaurants around, the beach is 2 minutes away. The biggest asset of this hotel is definitely its owner – or, if we didn’t meet the owner, then the staff member who welcomed us: extremely empathetic, friendly and warm. The room standard is basic, which makes it ideal for a one-night stopover during a trip, but also a great option for beach lovers, as the beach is just 5–10 minutes away – perfect for those who spend most of their time outdoors and use the hotel simply as a place to sleep.
