The room was gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the towels folded in the shape of a Swan was a lovely touch. We had dinner in the hotel which was delicious, but the best part was the breakfast with a machine that freshly pressed orange juice and other fruit and vegetable smoothies freshly made. The buffet was very rich with sweet and savoury items, we loved it!

It was incredibly comfortable, the spa was excellent, and the breakfast was super. The dinner options were extensive and delicious, with a salad bar with the largest selection I’ve ever seen, and very good wine.

The staff were so kind and accommodating and I would recommend coming here just for them alone. The beds and blankets were so comfortable I never wanted to get up. Our room looked onto a mountain and it felt so surreal, even just walking out the front of the hotel you were met with stunning scenery. If you want to see the three peaks or Lago di Brais or literally any other big monument they are a 5 minute walk away from the bus stop, just make sure to book your tickets. The food here was also amazing you have a beautiful buffet in the morning and a 5 course meal at night which was delicious. My boyfriend and I were backpacking and although this was a on the pricier side for us it was completely worth it and would come here again. Also it was a 10 minute walk from the station so no need for a car.

weekend. We got a lovely room at the top floor. It was really nice and spacious and daily cleaned with superb quality. Didn’t expected that. The hotel staff was nice, professional and helpful. We had hotel breakfasts during our stay. They were tasty with good choice of local products, sweets and Italian coffee served. I need to appreciate the deepest respect for the gentleman working in the restaurant during breakfasts. He was so kind, polite, and smiling that meeting him was a great start of each day. Perfect location, big room and super clean. Decent cold breakfast and ebike charging possible in a secure room; easy parking too. Best of all, staff were so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you Urthaler Hotel to make our MTB holiday in the fantastic Dolomiten so wonderful and memorable.

    Location of the hotel was great, we went to our hiking locations easily, breakfast was awesome , restaurant of the hotel is also awesome, good price and delicious. Room has nice view and balcony, it was very clear.

    Location is strategic, 10 minutes from the city center. Although part of the hotel is not far from the main road, there is not much traffic by night and we slept well. The staff was kind and supportive and even gave us the name of the shop where we could buy a plug adapter (we had an Italian plug that needed three holes, but there were none in the room). Breakfast was basic but friendly for those who like yogurt and muesli (but also chees and speck and cakes were present).
