Three-Star Hotels in Faenza

Firstly, the reception staff, Andrea & Roberto (?), are a great advert for the hotel. They are extremely friendly, helpful & cheerful. The hotel is just minutes from the autostrada but the rooms are quiet, a good size and comfortable. It is also very dog friendly.

The breakfast was wonderful, a full selection of hot/cold foods included pastries and fruit.

Everything great except below mentioned issues.

Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. It’s perfect for a summer getaway by the pool, but equally inviting in winter thanks to its cosy relaxation lounge. A rare combination of history, beauty, and comfort, Villa Roncuzzi delivers an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The manageress was so helpful , the village is only 15 minutes from Imola but only 2 local taxis were available as Uber is not reliable in this area . She made sure we and another couple were transported to and from the F1 in Imola . Any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently , she is an absolute gem . Made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable .

The room had problems with ants.

Very well equipped, all that you need for a relaxed stay. The bed was extra comfortable, we needed that after a whole day of travel. The residence is a bit away from the city, situated in the countryside, surrounded by the orchards. Our hosts were very nice, thank you for the hospitality! And for the great tip for the local restaurant.
