Great position, comfortable to reach the nearest point of interest, but isolate enough to not have groups of people roaming the beach. It is still not high season so it may change. Please go to the restaurant...at least once is amazing 😁.the structure is clean and cozy even in my single room.

Staff is amazing and go out of their way! Suggested Excellent Dinner location Great Shuttle that takes you to the beach But honestly I loved the walk to the beach Free chair and umbrella at a great beach club, that alone cost $25 Breakfast was also very good! I’m coming back and staying here for sure

Staff v friendly,great location opposite bus stop and steps down to beach . The room had a small balcony with a clothes rack. Cold bottled water in the fridge. Breakfast -they provided cornflakes , pastries ,yoghurt and cake.

Sperlonga's Florenza Residence is just 50 metres from its private beach on the Lazio Coast. It offers modern apartments with free WiFi, a TV and fully equipped kitchenette.
