Bellavista Impruneta was a very friendly, cozy, and exceptional location hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is home made style (the cakes are real home made cakes). They have a terrace on the top floor, where you can see Impruneta and the nearby countryside, able to drink the morning coffee, while enjoing the view. The receptionist try to help in case of the luggage, at the breakfast She gave info about the allergenic ingredients. One little problem, the elevator is missing, but maybe I need to make some more training... :) Finaly thank you Bellavista Impruneta!

Just a wonderful accommodation experience! Leonardo made our vacation unforgettable. He seems to be the complete personification of Italy with his hospitality and joy. We stayed a few days longer in Florence because it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in the center, walking distance to all the sights, yet on a very quiet street. After midnight there is no one there at all. There are plenty of places with delicious food nearby, and the breakfast at the hotel is quite hearty and fresh. The hotel itself is small, I think it's 10 rooms? I'm not sure. The floor is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. There are even nice slippers (in 2025 I see less and less of them in hotels). Soundproofing is good, new air conditioners, great windows with shutters (you can completely block the light and sleep), comfortable beds with good mattresses. We managed to stay in two rooms, both were comfortable and very conveniently organized. You can see the staff's care for the hotel and the people.

They provided best service for us. The room was super clean and hotel amenities were so enough. Of course, the breakfast and the view of restaurant were the best ever. And, the location of hotel was just perfect to go to key landmarks.

Exceptional location, right in the center of Florence, in the immediate vicinity of the Duomo. All major sights are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The hotel rooms are renovated and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the necessary. The hotel does not offer breakfast options, but this does not diminish the overall excellent impression. I definitely highly recommend it.

This was the most homie hotel ever! Comfortable, bright, big and beautiful room with river views. Pictures express the reality. The room was just the same. Staff- excellent! Location - easily walkable and very nice. We will definitely stay here, If we travel in Florence again!

    This place is amazing, location is great if you have a car, far from Florence noise, view of the surrounding hills are beautiful, we did a road trip in Italy for 2 weeks and never had a better stay than this one. The food is absolutely amazing(the restaurant opens at 7pm I think) we will return to Florence next year and definitely will stay here again. Free parking, 10 min drive from city centre of Florence
