Loved the family owned small hotel, felt authentic, with their own wine, the whole history of the building. Very professional, polite and service minded. Absolutely loved the bar and sitting area, wonderful to wind down and have a glass of wine. In the center of town. If you like quality and familiarity, this is for you. The location was perfect right on the waterfront and a two minute walk to the ferry ticket office and if you get a lake view room you are treated to some beautiful sunsets. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Nicola in reception and Manuela, who looks after the breakfast service. Breakfast is fairly basic, but it is served on the first floor terrace, again with beautiful views. The room was big enough, light filled and clean.

Lovely staff! The customer care seems to be the most important target for the owner. Good breakfast, overall compared with the category of the hotel (3 stars). The waitress Oksana is very gentle. The location is perfect for visinting the amusement park like Gardaland that is far not more than 2 Km.

Absolut recommendation when traveling with your Dog. We visited this Hotel one week and it was awesome for the dog and for us. The dog was allowed to run without leash on the whole Hotel yard which was satisfing for us. Our dog could also stay close the pool so we didnt had the problem of leavin her hours in the room. Guilia is a really nice Host and is caring about every wish you are having. They also they a nice baarkeeper which tells you nice stories and cares a lot about you as a guest.

Absolutely 10 stars! Staff at breakfast are so kind the older ladies reminded me of my nanny’s kitchen for a meal they help you mind you so well and serve up the best fresh breakfast you could ask for fruit croissants cornflakes pancakes everything on menu and help yourself, place is maintained so so well very modern room’s impeccable cleanliness rooms serviced each morning new large luxury towels luxury slippers fridge and kettle as standard in the room beds so comfortable really good air con beautiful views ask for a lake facing room for sure!! Plenty of sockets in the room strong powerful shower and beautiful pool (not heated though) so a little chilly hotel is so peaceful had the most amazing sleep each night only literally 200m to town the ferry or the beach up the road the opposite end of town. Staff at front desk are the so helpful we met different girls each day but all so so nice to us and helpful they also run the bar service too, a tall man made me the best Hugo spritz I have tasted here if you see him get him to make you one 😄😄 place deserves 10 stars and needs to be 4 star hotel for sure!! Thanks so much
