Lovely Oasis in the middle of a commercial area. Very friendly staff, easy parking, spacious room with balcony over looking the lovely pool area. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was lovely and accommodating for a vegan.

My room had a large balcony overlooking the sea. I had to pay extra for that so i cant say about the other rooms. That said, unlike some previous comments my room was spotlessly clean, and in good shape. As was the bathroom. Furniture was sparse but i would rather that than a room full of stuff. yes the lungomare was occasionally noisy till after midnight.

With an unbeatable location in the heart of the historic centre and business district, Hotel Palace Masoanri's is ideal. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes.

Ahlam at the reception was incredibly welcoming and friendly, always sharing great tips on the best places to visit in the area. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the service was always warm and attentive. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short walk from Lido, making it perfect for beach lovers. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the region!

We booked this location last minute to be close to the ferry to cross to Sicily. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with lovely grounds, beautiful views and friendly, lovely staff. Would 100% book here again. Great value for the price.
