The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional assistance we received from the hotel staff. When we encountered difficulty finding bus tickets to Rome, they went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring that we were able to secure our tickets without any hassle. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference for us, and we are immensely grateful for their help. Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
