We were looking for the quiet place because my mother-in-law usually struggle to fall asleep in hotel beds... and this was the perfect choice. Besides, hotel is very nice, staff is kind and helpful, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty and the view is breathtaking.

My mother and I stayed at the Hospitality Hotel for a week to be close to my father, who was undergoing surgery at ISMETT in Palermo. Despite the circumstances, our experience at the hotel was truly comforting. The hotel is impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful environment that allowed us to rest and recharge. The internet connection was reliable and fast, making it easy for me to keep up with work during our stay. A special mention goes to Emanuele and Giuseppe at the reception — two genuinely kind and attentive men who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and supported. Their warmth and readiness to assist with any request were invaluable during a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hospitality Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo. It truly lived up to its name — offering genuine hospitality when we needed it most.

They were able to get us a gluten free breakfast. Wonderful basket with gluten free items plus specially prepared fresh fruit bowls. The breakfast staff were amazing as well as the front desk staff who arranged our airport transfer and check in.
