We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.

Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the old town. Close to excellent restaurants and sites. The receptionist, Dea, was the best. Excellent resource for information on all area sites, food, parking and everything you may need, A sincerely great assest to the hotel.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, convenient parking and gas station nearby! Rooms cleaned every day and clean linens and towels. The friendly receptionist Amjed was memorable! He helped me to extend my room for one more night!

The most amazing hotel. Surrounded by an oak forest and olive trees, the most beautiful pool has lots of sun and shade. It is so peaceful with just the sounds of bird songs. The wonderful staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did so much to make our stay so pleasant. Our room was perfectly clean and very modern. Great shower, big comfortable bed. Everything immaculate. We also had a fantastic dinner in the busy restaurant surrounded by locals all coming for the excellent food.
