The accommodation is in a great location. Parking is included in the accommodation. The rooms are clean, large and nicely furnished. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff is very friendly. You need a car to get to Volterra. I recommend it.

Superb location, just on the main square, but very quiet thanks to double glass window. The room was very spacious, high ceiling, vintage style, but very comfortable. Very good breakfast. I can recommend without any hesitation!

When we arrived, the owner picked us up from the bus stop. There is a complimentary shuttle service to the town. However, there is a pleasant walk along a county road through the farm lands from the hotel to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful & and lovely view from the dining area. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend!

The location was amazing, our room overlooked one of the main piazzas and we had a small balcony which was a bonus. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to San Gimignano
