It’s close to Petra’s main entrance, easy to find it. The view from the family room is exceptional. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. The vegetarian dinner and the breakfast was delicious. The host was THE BEST!

The property was very clean and felt new, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was absolutely amazing – super friendly and kind. They even brought us special Ramadan cookies, which was such a thoughtful gesture. One of the highlights of our stay was spending the entire night with them, smoking hookah and talking about all kinds of topics. It really felt like chatting with old friends. If you're polite and friendly, they’ll go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Breakfast buffet had excellent selection of local and European choices, in top floor restaurant with views over wadi musa. The hotel is in a central part of town with good value restaurants in the vicinity. Although it is possible to walk the 2km to the petra entrance. A shuttle is provided free of charge both to and from the entrance. The staff are really exceptional here and were ever attentive to our needs, and provided excellent advice on getting the most from our stay in wadi musa and our visits to Petra. Our stay at the Town Season Hotel was exceeded our expectations and I would recommend above the higher end hotels in Jordan which by comparison are impersonal and over priced.

The owner of the hotel is always at your service. I was the only guest and he and his family worked overtime to be of service to me. Also the hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Huge fluffy towels, comfortable beds and a kettle in the room. In addition the owner will pack you a box breakfast if needed

    This 3 stars hotel has exceeded our expectations! Great location just in front of the Petra visitor center and, despite being a small and very simple structure, it really has everything you might need, it's very clean and will allow you to have a very pleasant stay. Staff is very nice and helped us find a ride to our next stop.
