Rooms are clean, there is a delicious breakfest and the lady at the front desk I spoke to speaks perfect English. I booked a smoking room because there were no others left and the room didn’t smell too bad.

Location was central and easy to find. Counter staff was very helpful and gave all the details clearly. Room was of good size and clean. Beds were comfortable for a good night rest. Many nice eating places nearby. Recommended for visitors to Tokushima area.
