Very nice and clean rooms, great massages and Onsen, very helpful staff, finally the breakfast was what we needed after 10 days of eating Japanese breakfast. I don’t know why this hotel only has 3 stars on booking.com?? We decided to stay for an additional night.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Everything was good, perfect location, close to the station and central activities. We could leave our luggage at the lobby before the check-in and after the check-out, that was very helpful.

We were backpacking up to Hokkaido and needed to stay somewhere for a night. We also had a huge load of laundry to do, and they provide an efficient washing & dryer.
