I live this location...super near to Bus Station and Tourist Information Office... there is a several bar n resto in front of the hotel.. very nice Vibe.. i definetely will come back to stay at this hotel Again. The Hotel staff, omg, so respectfull, so funny and speaking good English Saiko means To the Max, is the my Japanese Word that i learn from Them!! Thank you

This place was pretty convenient if you plan to go to the outlet and visit the onsen. The bus station was literally across the hotel and was about a 6 minute drive to the outlet. Onsen was clean and plus points for the free bowl of ramen and ice cream.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, the rooms are really big and it's very clean. Most rooms have jacuzzi baths and some have a sauna. This is one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed in anywhere in Japan.

Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast was good. Nice onsen. Complimentary drinks on the evening were brilliant. The room was a good size. Shops nearby and bus depot has a free bus to shopping outlet. Near to mt Fuji and Fuji raceway museum.

The service was beyond my expectation. We stayed in separate single rooms and when we left we carelessly left a small watch charger in one of the rooms and in another we discarded a shirt on the table. The next day we contacted the hotel about the charger and the replied promptly that they found the charger and a shirt. We were willing to pay for the delivery cost but they covered it. For the rate that they charge the service, breakfast, Onsen, cleanliness, and location are well above our expectation.

In the eveni ng a beautiful quiet surrounding, in clear skies starglazing. Dinner at 7:30 pm no available any more as the restaurant is the golf clubhouse. Nice big room.

The staff at Hotel KAN-RAKU were extremely helpful and patient with us, our questions and assistance in shipping our luggage. The onsen was very relaxing and well kept. Them giving us an included dinner (during the summer) was a big plus. Succulent udon noodle ramen, yummy! The view of Mt. Fuji from the terrace in the morning caught us off guard, astonishing! 🗻

The staff is very friendly and helpful even we have some communication in our language but he still try very hard to help us. The facilities is perfect, you can find everything you need in the hotel. The location is just next to the station.
