The room was very spacious. Quite surprised to get such a big room. It was more of an apartment. Walking distance from Itami International airport so if you want to catch an early morning flight it is a good choice.

Excellent public path with three open bath and 2 indoor bath plus sauna and cold pool. Very relaxing and great breakfast. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle bus is convenient to and from the train station where we can go out day time to Osaka city.

I like the central location. It is on the same street corner as the Esaka train station. The JR line is also nearby within walking distance. I can get further downtown or to other parts of Osaka easily from here. They serve a really good buffet breakfast. They have coin operated washing machines. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, groceries and eateries all on the same block. The room ac is adjustable. I can be comfortable even in Osaka hot weather. It's quiet at night.

Greg location just in front of Esaka station, and great value for stay. Room is small but it is usual size in Japan. I would stay here again if I go back to Osaka!

I liked the cleanliness of the property as the room was cleaned each day, with the receptionist calling each morning to ask what time I would like the room to be cleaned. I also liked the array of free items by reception such as hygiene necessities and even tea bags. There was also a vending machine for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and the option to buy convenience food such as noodles. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with convenience stores like Lawson and Familymart, a drugstore and restaurants nearby. There was also a metro station nearby.

The location is best, just next to Esaka station (Osaka Metro). The staffs are friendly & helpful, they allowed us to place our luggage after check out, so we no need to look for coin locker.
