We stayed because it's close to Sagano Romantic train station which we do the ride and some travel in Kyoto then took the train back to station and got the car drive to the hotel. So the location for the plan is really good. Staff is really good and helpful. The young lady at the counter can speak English very well. Building and all facilities are new and great. Breakfast is simple yet excellent. Also there's plenty of parking lot which charge you just little bit extra which is totally fine.

Wonderful huge hotel complex with the perfect ambient everywhere. The breakfast as well as the dinner were traditional and very tasty. The Onsen area is perfect to relaxe and the stuff where always there to help us.

The owner was absolutely lovely, but be prepared with a translator app. The room was big and comfortable and good value for money. The only downside was the location…but everything else was fantastic.

The Hotel is very clean and in a super great location, you can just walk to Gion and to all the main places in Kyoto. You also have a bus stop just downstairs to get to the further temples. The breakfast is super basic but you also have a convenient shop just downstairs. The staff is very nice and the room was quite spacious and very well organized with the bathroom being splittet with WC Room and Shower Room.

Everything was literally perfect!!!! We stayed at the hotel for only 2 nights and had so much fun. The location is ideal, close to everything and our room was amazing. the staff was lovely and welcoming, they helped us with everything we needed. I really liked the size and equipments of the room. Location was great. The bed was big enough and comfortable. Room was clean, bathroom was nice. The room had 2 TVs up to from where we wanted to watch it, from bed or from the dining table.
