Staff is very friendly, room is nice and clean. Also liked the Japanese spa! Breakfast was good with enough different options. Location was perfect, lots of shops and restaurants. Also close to the busstop, very easy to visit mount Aso.

    Good location. In the city center, also close to the castle. We left the car in a Parking across the street (special price for hotel guests) Although there’s a 15 min bus ride from Sinkansen station . lovely onsen in the top floor,. Free ramen in the evenings and coffee and popsicles all day long.. Bedroom clean and modern, comfy beds. What else did we need?

    Clean and relatively large room. The bathroom was rather spacious as well. The location, although outside of the city centre, was pretty good. Across the street there are several stores including a 24/7 supermarket that is much cheaper than any convenience store. Bento's can be bought there as well, and they are all freshly made.

    The location was very close to the castle and the city centre. The area was quiet during the night. For people to drive, the attached parking garage was nice and close and reasonably priced, with a discount from the hotel for using it.
