Staff was incredibly friendly. Appartement really spacious for Japanese standards, modern, clean, well equipped. Location not very near to train station, but easy (and affordable!) to catch a taxi at the train station. We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

The location was good with a free car park and quiet surrounding area. We travelled by car so it was very convenient to go anywhere from there. The room was clean with a hammock to relax. There was a coin-operated washing machine in common area with detergent. The kitchen was very good. The owner was so kind and gave my children small lovely chocolate chunks. We enjoyed our 3-night stay so much.

Fantastic location. Right next to the railway station and opposite the main bus stand. Since my main focus was on getting to Kamikochi and the Alps everyday, this served my purpose perfectly well. The rooms were spotless and excellent and the staff were super friendly.

Amazing location. Right next to the station. Like a 200m walk. Hotel by itself is very spacious and has an insane bath. It also has a vending machine on the 2nd floor, as well as free massage chairs. The city by itself is also very charismatic. Anyone travelling JP - I highly recommend this place

I really love both private bathroom and public bathroom at the hotel. Bath salt also accommodated which is fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and the check-out procedure took no time at all. I like how I was able to chose my own preference of pillow during the check-in.

    Good location with many shops close by. The bus terminal is just opposite the hotel making travelling by bus very convenient if you are under a budget. You can easily find supermarkets around the area to shop for fruits, snacks and other types of food and drinks. Good restaurants nearby too. The plus point is the hotel allows guests to pack breakfast by providing the packaging materials if you are in hurry to catch the early bus to another destination. check-in and check-out were fast, no hassle.
