Very friendly staff and exceptional service. A small room but expected in Tokyo. Despite the size it was very clean, tidy, comfortable. They have drip coffee instead of instant coffee which was a bonus!

    The location was excellent - close to a railway station, and the bus to the airport was across the road. You only need to take one train to get to the main Tokyo area which takes about 30 mins. The area is considered residential. There are many shops nearby and a lovely park within walking distance. There are washing machines and dryers on the the 7th & 9th floors, and washing powder can be bought at reception.
