The Onsen on site was so amazing after a day of skiing at one of the Myoko resorts, the massage chair was a nice bonus. The private Onsen you’re able to book for 1 hour was such a luxury! They offer a free shuttle to and from various resorts in Myoko which made things very easy. The staff was so lovely and even went above and beyond to send me a very sentimental piece of jewelry to my next hotel in Tokyo after I left it there. Would recommend to any of my friends who will visit Myoko.

The property has an amazing location. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful onsen. It feels homely. Lisa and her husband are the most incredible humans who makes you feel like home. Also the hardest worker i’ve ever met. She is on top of everything.

This hotel was perfect! Absolutely fantastic local Japanese breakfast and dinner served beautifully. The location is great a short walk to the lift station. Lifts passes can be purchased on site along with rentals etc meaning you can be on the slopes immediately. The hotel has a lovely Onsen too! We will be back ! Thank you for amazing service to the wonderful family and staff.
