Professional and welcoming staff and cosy rooms. Excellent location, right next to the station and bus terminal. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Larger bathroom and bathtub compared to other similar standard Japanese chain hotels. Great breakfast with allergens listed on food which made it easier for vegetarians. Plenty of options for vegetarians which was good to find in Japan. Great stay, would stay again if I was in Tokushima.

The room is spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable (which is rare in Japan, as pillows are often flat and hard). The staff is friendly and polite. Free parking. Unlimited complimentary hot drinks. The Wi-Fi is absolutely flawless, both in the room and in the lounge.

The location was very convenient for the whirlpool observation walkway and strolling along the beach. The room was large and the bath had a sea view, although one would need to be careful not to expose oneself while opening the window to enjoy the view from the bath. The food was tasty and the service attentive.
