The staff were lovely, the hotel try and do everything they can for you. Everyone was so kind, especially night staff. We just wanted somewhere to stay so we could explore Komatsu and it was perfect for that. Even if we didn't have a hire car, Komatsu station is at the end of the street. The futons in the family room were more comfortable than the western beds we have stayed in.

Very cosy and super clean. Bed was super comfortable. The best was the possibility to go to the thermal spa anytime you want. 100% would recommend!
