It’s clean everywhere. Although they state that only a limited number of amenities are provided in the room, they offer everything we need in the shared place, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, skincare products, water, tea, coffee, and even noodles, all at no extra charge. The staff are very supportive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return if we plan to visit Hakuba again.

Excellent location to ski slopes. Ski rental shop right next to it. Loved the place, esp the wide spread of breakfast and public onsen on the top floor!

UNPLAN Residence is the perfect ski/snowboard location in Hakuba area (Tsugaike Resort). The residence has only just been renovated, we had the mountain view suite which was perfect for 4 of us. 40 steps from the front door to the first lift and another 20 meters to another 2.

If you’re ready to immerse yourself in traditional Japanese, stay here. The room was simple but perfect for what we needed. The shower is an onsen. The location is about a 12 min walk from Iwatake resort and there is a bus stop about 20m from the hotel.

A 5-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, Brownie Cottages offers rental ski gear, and apartments and free-standing cottages with free Wi-Fi.

Everything. It was really nice and perfect. I had a lovely time with my friends and since it was off season, it was quite cheap. I can recommend going on a hike and then using the Onsen. That's the best.
