ItalyMe and my girlfriend went to do the White Road. We were VERY happy with this hotel. The staff was so so nice, and the food was excellent! We were treated like royalty. And the bath hot spring is to die for. Plus free yukatas to wear! Very happy

SingaporeOur 2nd time in this ryokan! Love the outdoor onsen! 30 mins drive to shirakagawo! There is also 2 unesco heritage near here which is less popular than shirakagawo. Beautiful view from our room!

CanadaThe hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are exceptional - the gentleman at the reception who is also driving the shuttle van was very patient with us and made our stay very pleasant. He took very good care of us and made sure we had a taxi picking us up whenever we needed it, explained what we were eating at breakfast, and how to do it properly.
