Staff is very friendly, room is nice and clean. Also liked the Japanese spa! Breakfast was good with enough different options. Location was perfect, lots of shops and restaurants. Also close to the busstop, very easy to visit mount Aso.

Staff was very welcoming and kind, the room was really spacious, especially for japan standards, it was also clean and beautiful with a nice view of the river. There were many restaurants around.
