Close to Otsuki station, supermarket and Daiso nearby. The room is bigger than other Toyoko Inn, no problem to open a large size luggage. There are 3 lifts. A llarge area of breakfast room, very comfortable to have breakfast here. Shuttle bus definitely helps a lot. Good and polite staff, very comfortable and quiet place to stay for 3 nights, there was no people making noise, specially didn't meet noisy groups from mainland China and Hong Kong.

The check-in and out was straight forward. The place is very spacious, could accommodate more than 6 people. Located in a small road with parking space for our minivan. Highly recommended!!

The room was perfect!! Great attention to every detail. Super comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station. Staff was super friendly and delightful- I wanted ice and she went to the nearby minimart for me. Quiet area- but close to sightseeing buses- Lived it!! 10 ⭐️

We stayed there and requested really early ( at the time of booking) to have a room with Mt Fuji view. They made that happen so the experience of waking up in the morning drinking your coffee and have the magnificent view of Fuji is unbeatable
