The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The location was great, right along the main shopping street, and around the corner from the bus terminal, easily walkable to most attractions. The food were of good quality and delicious. I was there during the "fireflies" weekend, and the hotel arranged for transports to ferry hotel guests to see them after dinner. It had everything we needed, excellent location, quiet, spotless - the place is brand new basically. The hotel staff were also extremely professional and attentive, they helped us with info in English, they helped us get seats at a local izakaya of our choice..We also really liked the tiny hot bath in front of the hotel where we could relax (always with some locals which was cool), soak our feet, and have a beer from the vending machine ;)Guest review bySamo TamseFamily with young children
