Had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Was in a somewhat rural area so I'd recommend having your own car to make exploring easier. Staff were so attentive and kind, my partner and I always felt extremely welcome. Breakfast was included and was delicious. My partner and I booked one of the dinner courses they offer at the hotel and whilst pricey ($200) was very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend :)

I requested a quiet room and got one. It was bigger than I expected, with a large bed, big bathroom, closet, and shelf space, which compares favorably to some Japanese hotel chains like APA and Toyoko. The hotel has a spacious and comfortable lobby and restaurant to wait in until check-in at 3 p.m.

The hotel looks so new even it’s built in 2008. The bed is by far the best during my whole Japan trip, so I had a good sleep there. Complimentary breakfast starts at 6:30 am, simple and yummy. Staff are professional and efficient in handling all requests. 🤩

My room was superbly clean. The staff used to change towels every day. As for breakfast, it included Japanese dishes and I was free to choose them and their portions. Finally, the hotel is quite close to the central station of the city. It was very convenient to get to various destinations.

Great Location right next to the Castle, though a bit far from the station. View over the castle especially great at night and during breakfast. Though windows cannot be opened and were a bit dirty.
