Clean and tidy rooms separate from the main building with an Onsen bath. Kettle also supplied and room very spacious with an Onsen bath. Close to everything in the town and right next to bus station. Was also able to leave my bags in reception on day I checked out

Really great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks with dinner were reasonably priced. Entry provided to next door spa which was super nice and they even posted some stuff we had left in the room after. 10/10

The staff are by far the best I’ve experienced in Japan. I feel like I’ve made a friend for life and was even shown the best places to visit in Kikuchi.

Nice rooms. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. They took my towel by accident and returned it less than five minutes later. The staff were very kind.

It is a standard hotel. There are many amenities. Spacious room suitable for two people. Hotel near Sun Road Shin Shigai shopping arcade. and near the tram station. Including the SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto bus station. I recommend this hotel. If there is a chance to go back and stay again.
