Clean and tidy rooms separate from the main building with an Onsen bath. Kettle also supplied and room very spacious with an Onsen bath. Close to everything in the town and right next to bus station. Was also able to leave my bags in reception on day I checked out

Really great value for money. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Drinks with dinner were reasonably priced. Entry provided to next door spa which was super nice and they even posted some stuff we had left in the room after. 10/10

The staff are by far the best I’ve experienced in Japan. I feel like I’ve made a friend for life and was even shown the best places to visit in Kikuchi.

Exceptional food, if you stay multiple days, the restaurant takes care to vary your meals. The location is really nice, the whole building is in nature, you could hear crickets in the evening out of your room. Surroundings offer forest walks.

It was a perfect hotel in every way. The room was spacious enough, and it had a bathtub. The staff were incredibly helpful. The walk from the tram station was much closer than I expected, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops right next door. It’s an excellent choice for staying in the city center. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kumamoto. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great hotel for the price. It has everything you expect from a business hotel + it has its own sauna and bath. The room was also above average size and absolutely perfect. The only downside is that as of November of 2024 you can no longer use any IC card to get around kumamoto, only their special kumamoto-only card. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but since it's a bit far from the station make sure you have the spare change for public transportation.

Location is good. 5-10 mins walk to the shopping center and restaurants. Check-in is fast and easy. You can view the Kumamoto Castle on the roof floor.
